MIAMI, Fla. - The 2026 home opener for Fordham University Softball Wednesday against Iona has been canceled due to unplayable conditions following the winter storms.

The Rams' first games at Bahoshy Field will now be held next weekend, Mar. 14-15 when they host Dayton for a three-game series.

Fordham (5-9) will return to action this weekend with the start of a four-game road stretch, opening Atlantic 10 Conference play this weekend with a three-game series at George Mason Mar. 7-8. The Maroon and White will play a doubleheader at 12:00 p.m. Saturday and a single game at Noon the following day.
