Bronx, N.Y. – Fresh off a weekend home victory, Fordham University women's basketball hosts Saint Louis Wednesday morning at the Rose Hill Gym.
The Rams take on the Billikens at 11:00 a.m. on SNY and ESPN+ with Mike Watts and Andrew Posadas on the call. The Rams will welcome over 1,000 local students from the New York City area for their annual Kids Day Out at the Rose Hill Gym.
Fordham (9-9, 1-6) collected its first win in conference play last time out, defeating St. Bonaventure in a comeback victory, 66-53. Saint Louis (10-10, 4-3) has won back to back games over La Salle, 66-57 last Wednesday and at Dayton, 62-58 on Sunday afternoon.
The Maroon and White will look to draw level in the all-time series, with the Billikens holding a slight 13-12 lead through the first 25 meetings. Trading the last six meetings 3-3, Saint Louis claimed the win, 59-53, the last time the two sides met on Feb. 1, 2025. Neither side has won back-to-back games in the series since the Rams won three in a row from 2019-20.
Wednesday will mark the first of two matchups between the sides, as Fordham will head to Saint Louis, Mo. for a return meeting against the Billkens on Feb 11.

Holding opponents to just 38.46 shooting on the year, the Rams post the seventh best field goal percentage defense in the A-10, and also pace the league averaging 25.4 bench points per game, 41st best of any team in the nation.
The Maroon and White also sit 56th in the country in steals per game at 10.6/game second in the A-10, and lead the league, 61st in the country in turnovers forced per game, forcing opponents into 20.44/game.
The Rams sit 20th among all Division I teams in the nation averaging 15.8 offensive rebounds per game and are 99th nationally in overall rebounds at 39.11, second and third best in the A-10.
Emma Wilson-Saltos paced the Rams last time out with a career-high with 16 points and 16 rebounds, her second double-double of the season and second straight game scoring in double figures.
Lakresha Edwards has scored 10+ points in each of her last three games and six times over the last eight contests.
Scoring in double figures in each of her first 13 games as a Ram, Alexis Black has paced the Rams offense and sits 23rd in the nation in free throws made with 83 on the year, and is averaging 19.4 points per game, 25th best in the nation.
Black is top five in the league in points scored, points per game, assists, steals, three pointers made, three point percentage, and free throws attempted and made.
