Bronx, N.Y. – (September 3, 2025) – At 2-1-1, the Fordham women's soccer team is in action twice this week. The Rams return home to Moglia Stadium on Thursday for a 7:00 PM match against the Stonehill Skyhawks, while traveling to FDU on Sunday for an afternoon matinee.
LAST TIME OUT
- The Rams played to a 1-1 draw with Manhattan on Sunday in the 31st edition of the "Battle of the Bronx".
- Trailing 1-0, Fordham's Ava Giudice scored her team-leading third goal of the season in the 84th minute to give the Rams a draw.
- Addison Green made two saves in goal for the Rams.
SERIES HISTORY
- Fordham is 2-1 in three matches against Stonehill, picking up wins the last two seasons.
- The Rams won 2-0 in 2023 and 4-0 last season.The lone Stonehill win came in 1994.
- Fordham and FDU have only met twice all-time with the Knights picking up 3-2 wins in 2003 in the ECAC Championship, as well as in 2021.
