Women’s Soccer Hosts Two Home Contests This Week

Rams Welcome Saint Joseph’s on Thursday Night & Richmond on Sunday

Bronx, N.Y. – (September 24, 2025) – The Fordham women's soccer team looks to get back on track with a pair of home conference contests this week at Moglia Stadium.  The Rams welcome Saint Joseph's on Thursday night for their Leukemia Awareness match and Richmond on Sunday for Mental Health Awareness Day.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • Loyola Chicago snuck past Fordham, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon, behind a 22nd minute goal from Zoe Hevey.
  • The Rams peppered Loyola Chicago with 17 shots, but could not get an equalizer past Ramblers goalkeeper Allison Deardorff, as she made eight saves for her seventh shutout of the season.
  • Kyla King totaled five saves for the Rams.
 
SERIES HISTORY
  • Thursday will be the 31st all-time meeting between Fordham and Saint Joseph's with the Hawks ahead in the series at 14-11-6, winning the previous four meetings.
  • The teams last met in the Atlantic 10 Championship quarterfinals last season, when Saint Joseph's took a 2-1 win behind goals from Emily Hanrahan and Chloe Khelil.
  • Sunday is the 19th meeting for the Rams and Spiders with Richmond holding a 10-7-1 edge in the series.
