BRONX, N.Y. -  The Fordham University Football Rams continue their 2025 schedule, Fordham's 125th varsity season, by traveling out to Long Island to face the Stony Brook University Seawolves at LaValle Stadium on Saturday, September 13, at 3:30 p.m.

The game will be streamed live on FLOCollege with Jonny Wincott (p-b-p) and Brandon London (analyst) announcing and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and the WFUV YouTube channel with Tucker Austin (p-b-p) and Brendan Shorey (analyst) handling the announcing chores.

Fordham enters the game with an 0-2 record after a 49-28 loss to #18 Monmouth University at Moglia Stadium last Saturday while Stony Brook is also 0-2 in the season after a 31-17 home loss to Rhode Island last weekend.

Saturday's game will be the ninth meeting between Fordham and Stony Brook on the gridiron. The all-time series is, 4-4, but the Rams have taken three of the past four meetings. Stony Brook won last year's matchup, 27-21, at Moglia Stadium as the Seawolves scored ten unanswered points in the fourth quarter to erase a 21-17 deficit.

A few notes on the game:

• Fordham grad student linebacker James Conway has 473 total tackles, a new Fordham and Patriot League career record.

• The 473 career stops for Conway are the most for an active NCAA Division I student-athlete.

• Conway was named a 2025 First Team Stats Perform All-American as well as being named preseason All-Patriot League.

• Fordham grad student punter Will Haslett was named to the Preseason Watch List for the 2025 FCS Punter of the Year Award, which honors the nation's top collegiate punter in the Football Championship Series (FCS).

• In three-plus years, Haslett has punted 153 times, ninth on the all-time list, for 6,626 yards, seventh on the Rams' career list.

• Sophomore kicker Bennett Henderson converted his last eight field goal attempts of 2024, three of those for more than 40 yards, and he connected on his lone three-pointer in the opener at Boston College.

• Fordham will be represented by five captains in 2025: senior tight end Jaden Allen, grad student linebacker James Conway, senior defensive back Alex Kemper, senior  offensive linemen Duke Leonard, and senior defensive lineman Claudy Robinson.
