LOUISVILLE, KY. – Showing their talents on the field and in the classroom, Fordham University Softball saw 14 players receive Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete Honors for the 2024-25 academic year.
As a team, the Maroon and White finished 23rd in the nation for Team GPA, while taking home the most individual accolades during Head Coach Melissa Inouye's time at the helm of the program.
"What an amazing and successful academic year for our team!" said Coach Inouye. "So proud of our student-athletes' continued academic success and especially during the spring semester with our travel and game schedule. Thank you to our hardworking academic advisors, Eric Sanders and Ryan Signorino, for helping our team manage their academic schedules and final exams during the A10 championship tournament."
Fordham Softball finished the year with an overall GPA of 3.673, tied with UConn and ranked second overall amongst all Atlantic 10 teams.
