Greenwood, IN. – Recognized for their achievements on the hardwood and in the classroom, Fordham University Volleyball saw four Rams earn CSC Academic All-District Honors from the College Sports Communicators.
Seniors Zoe Talabong and Erynn Sweeney earned awards, alongside juniors Whitney Woodrow and Tatum Holderied. The quartet helped the Rams tally the fifth best block per set average in the country and set a new program record for total blocks in a single season with 303, 23rd best in the nation including playoff teams.
The front row was paced by Tatum Holderied, who posted 157.0 total blocks for the Rams this season. Earning A-10 All-Academic honors as well, Holderied averaged 1.83 blocks per set, second best in the nation, and her 157 total were 18th most of any Division I player. Holderied has posted a perfect 4.0 GPA in her time on Rose Hill, majoring in Environmental Studies.
Taking on a starting role for much of the season, Erynn Sweeney drilled 231 kills, second most on the team in 2025, and tallied 16 service aces behind the line. Sweeney also tallied 167 digs and 48 total blocks, earning a 3.98 GPA in International Political Economy.
Orchestrating the Rams offense for much of the 2025 campaign, Whitney Woodrow dished out 641 assists for the Maroon and White, averaging 6.16 per set, while also recording a team-high 31 service aces on the year. Woodrow has earned a 3.95 GPA as a double-major in Political Science and American Studies.
Drilling 193 kills for the Rams, Zoe Talabong did it all for the Rams, delivering 21 service aces, second-most on the team, alongside 239 digs, also second best on the team, and 29.0 total blocks. Talabong has earned a 3.89 GPA studying General Science.
