Washington, D.C. – (October 14, 2025) – The Atlantic 10 Conference released its weekly swimming & diving awards on Tuesday with Fordham's
Quinn MacPhail (Shaker Heights, Ohio) earning Men's Rookie of the Week honors. It is his first career weekly award.
In the Rams' meet against St. Bonaventure, MacPhail posted the fastest time in the Atlantic 10 in the 400 IM with an event winning time of 4:01.99. He also won the 1,000 freestyle in 9:23.15, which is the second fastest time in the conference this season.
MacPhail and the rest of the Rams are back in the pool on Friday, October 17
th, when they host Manhattan for a 5:00 PM meet at the Col. Francis B. Messmore Aquatic Center.
