BRONX – Fordham University President Tania Tetlow announced on Wednesday the formation of a search committee to identify candidates for the director of athletics position.
Â
The committee will be chaired by Roger Milici, Fordham's vice president for development and University relations, and is composed of a diverse group of representatives from across the University, all of whom bring valuable perspectives to this process (see full list below). Their charge is to identify, evaluate, and engage candidates who align with Fordham's values and strategic vision for the future of athletics, and to present the president with three to four finalists. The University has also hired
Glenn Sugiyama and DHR Global to assist it in finding the right candidates for this role.Â
Â
"This is an exciting time for Fordham Athletics," said Tetlow. "I am confident that our next director of athletics not only will lead us in competition but also reinforce Fordham's commitment to shaping well-rounded student-athletes who excel academically, embody ethical leadership, and make a lasting impact on the world."
