Atlantic 10 Championship Central
Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham University men's basketball team enters the 2024 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship as the 12 seed and will face off against 13-seeded Davidson (15-16, 5-13) on Tuesday, March 12, at 11:30 a.m. at Barclays Center.

Head coach
Keith Urgo's Rams closed out the 2023-24 season with a 12-19 overall record, 6-12 in the Atlantic 10, finishing in a three-way tie for tenth. However Fordham lost the tiebreaker to both La Salle (the 10-seed) and Rhode Island (the 11-seed).
Fordham will be led into the championship by senior guard
Kyle Rose, who is averaging a team-high 10.7 ppg and 4.9 rpg, while senior guard
Japhet Medor is averaging 10.0 ppg. Senior center
Abdou Tsimbila leads Fordham in rebounding (6.3/game) and blocks (70), ranking second in the Atlantic 10 in blocks (2.3/game).
Fordham and Davidson met twice this year with the Wildcats winning both games. Davidson defeated Fordham 79-69 on January 17 in the Rose Hill Gym and 68-53 on February 20 in North Carolina.
It will be the second meeting between Fordham and Davidson at the Atlantic 10 Championship with the Wildcats taking the first meeting, 74-56, at the 2022 championship in Washington, D.C.
