Men’s Basketball Announces 2025-2026 Non-Conference Schedule

Rams host Manhattan; renew rivalries with Iona and Holy Cross

BRONX, N.Y. – Entering his first season at the helm of the program, Fordham Men's Basketball Head Coach Mike Magpayo has announced his team's non-conference schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 campaign.
 
The slate features three rivalry games as the Rams will play the Annual Battle of the Bronx with Manhattan University as well as renewing rivalries with Iona University and the College of the Holy Cross.
 
Fordham begins its 2025 campaign on Tuesday, Nov. 4, by hosting the NJIT Highlanders in the historic Rose Hill Gym, one of nine non-conference games in the beloved venue.
 
Following the NJIT contest, the Rams will host Mount Saint Mary College on Friday, November 7, before concluding the three-game homestand by welcoming the Seahawks of Wagner College on Tuesday, November 11.
 
Fordham takes a short road trip to New Rochelle, N.Y., to restart the rivalry with Iona University on Friday, November 14, the first match up between the Rams and the Gaels since 2006.
 
The Rams return home to host a pair of games, starting on Sunday November 16 when Manhattanville College pays a visit to the Rose Hill Gym and then Long Island University on Thursday, November 20.
 
The men's basketball program will spend Thanksgiving weekend north of the border, participating in the Northern Classic beginning on Friday, November 28.
 
After the games at the Northern Classic, the Rams return to the Bronx to close out the non-conference portion of their schedule with four games, beginning with Holy Cross on Saturday, December 6. It will be the just the second meeting between the Rams and the Crusaders since 2005.
 
After the Holy Cross matchup, Fordham will host FDU on Wednesday, December 10, before welcoming Manhattan for the 115th Battle of the Bronx on Saturday, December 13.
 
Fordham closes out the non-conference slate by entertaining the University of New Haven on Monday, December 22.
