FAIRFAX, Va. – Jumping back into Atlantic 10 play with a three game set in the DMV, Fordham University Softball takes on George Mason this weekend. The Rams and Patriots kick off the series with a doubleheader Friday afternoon beginning at 2:00 p.m. followed by a single game Saturday afternoon at 12:00 p.m.
Top of the Order

The Rams have sat all season as the league leaders in total doubles, doubles per game, ranking 11th best in the nation in total doubles with 56 and 19th in the country in doubles per game at 1.81

Placing second best in the league in walks drawn as a team, the Rams are also second in the A-10 in home runs per game, and third in slugging percentage, while defensively ranking second in the league in fielding percentage as well.

Three Rams are hitting over .300 heading into Tuesday, led by Sydney Wells, Kate McGuire, and Bailey Enoch.

One of three players to start and play in every game this season, Enoch leads the team with 30 hits and 24 runs scored, with 17 extra-base hits, scattering 10 doubles, two triples, and five home runs.

Wells leads the team in RBI's with 34, while tallying 28 hits and 16 runs scored, with 10 doubles and a team best eight home runs, and paces the Rams in walks with 15, slashing .318/.705/.421 in 29 games played.

Wells paces the conference with 34 RBIs which is good for 33rd best amongst all Division I players, while her 1.17 RBIs per game are 25th best in the nation.

Leading the league with eight home runs, she ranks 61st nationally in home runs and 70th in home runs per game, putting her tied for second in the A-10 in that category.

Also sitting atop the league's doubles standings, Wells is 41st nationally in total doubles while sitting 57th in the country in doubles per game.

With 62 total bases, Wells leads the league, while her .706 slugging percentage ranks third in best the A-10.
Enoch Eating

Another one of the top hitters in the Fordham order, Enoch sits tied for first in the A-10 in total doubles, and stands second in the league in doubles per game.

Enoch sits fourth best amongst all conference players with 59 total bases, just three back of the league lead.

She is also fifth in the conference in both Home runs with five and slugging percentage, at .602 entering the weekend.
Devon Doin' Damage

Placing second in the league, Devon Miller is averaging 5.6 hits per in hits allowed per seven innings, and ranked third best in the conference in innings pitched at 85.0 this season.

With 67 K's in 2024, Miller sits fourth best in the A-10 in total strikeouts.
Taking Bases

With 12 stolen bases on the year on 12 tries, Neleh Nogay sits fourth best in the league in stolen bases and fifth best in stolen bases per game, both placing her amongst the top-100 players in the nation.

Enoch is a perfect 7-of-7 on stolen bases, while Mikayla Swan has nabbed four bases in five tries.

Wells leads the team in walks with 15, ahead of Enoch and Michaela Carter who have drawn 13 apiece.
Looking Back at Missouri

Heading to Long Island for a meeting with one of the top offenses in the nation, Fordham fell to Missouri Tuesday 20-0.

Going At George Mason
