Pride Game and The Trevor Project
Wednesday's games are the Rams' Pride games, honoring and celebrating all members of the LGBTQ+ community. Embracing diversity and promoting acceptance is crucial for creating a supportive, inclusive society. One resource that struck our team was
The Trevor Project, a nonprofit organization founded in 1998 with a focus on LGBTQ+ youths and suicide prevention. The Rams hope to raise awareness and build a more welcoming space for every individual. Please join us in donating to this
great cause. Thank you!

Ramses Challenge
Join the
Ramses Challenge, a new philanthropic initiative supporting our student-athletes! Pledge a set amount of money for each win, home run, strikeout, and stolen base this season for the Rams, or make a one-time gift to the program. All proceeds are

Last Time Out
The Rams took two of three from St. Bonaventure over the weekend, dropping the series opener, 5-3, before sweeping Sunday's doubleheader, 10-2 in five and 4-2. In the opener, a pair of errors led to the Bonnies scoring four fourth-inning runs, which the offense was unable to erase. In game two, a seven-run second frame for the hosts powered the team to a five-inning run-rule victory, walking off on
Michaela Carter's RBI single. In the finale,
Devon Miller went the distance, fanning six, and hit a solo home run, while
Neleh Nogay went a perfect 4-of-4 at the plate and
Amanda Carey blasted her second round-tripper of the year.
Â
Some Early Standouts
Mary Grace O'Neill's .364 average leads the offense, the sophomore going 8-for-22 over her opening 18 games, with two stolen bases, while
Neleh Nogay's red-hot weekend saw her average shoot up to .354. She is currently riding a six-game hit streak.
Eva Koratsis has displayed her power in recent weeks, leading the team with a .488 slugging percentage and sharing the lead with three home runs with
Bailey Enoch. Enoch leads the squad with 11 walks and 10 runs, while Nogay's .392 OBP paces the team. Her and
Michaela Carter each have five stolen bases on five attempts. In the circle, it's two-time A-10 Pitcher of the Week Beeman with a 1.35 ERA over her first 52.0 college innings to lead the staff. She's now up to six complete games and two shutouts across 11 appearances with a 4-3 record.
Â
Two-Time A-10 Pitcher of the Week Holly Beeman
The freshman hurler enjoyed a stellar start to her season by earning two straight Pitcher of the Week honors from the Atlantic 10. She became the first Ram, and first freshman, to earn the season's first two accolades since Lauren Quense in 2017 and just the third all-time. Beeman outdid her opening weekend, when she pitched once but nearly threw a no-hitter, with a three-hit shutout over Saint Francis to give her team its second win of the year, allowing just three singles with no walks and three strikeouts, and appearing in relief twice with a combined two runs allowed, one earned, over 4.2 innings. She finished with a 0.60 ERA over a team-high 11.2 frames and currently leads the pitching staff in nearly every category.

A-10 Preseason Coaches Poll

New Faces
Head coach
Melissa Inouye welcomed five freshman to the Bronx in the Fall: pitcher
Holly Beeman, infielder
Eva Koratsis, infielder
Kate McGuire, outfielder
Neleh Nogay, and catcher
Nicki Sudall. Inouye also welcomed
new assistant coach Nikki Cuccio to the program.
Â
Milestone Watch
With Hubertus and Pinto graduating, the lone Ram currently in the program record book is senior pitcher
Devon Miller, who finds herself fifth in strikeouts, joint-sixth in shutouts, ninth in wins, and close to the top-10 in nearly every other category. Fifth-years
Julia Martine and
Sarah Taffet have enjoyed three full seasons, plus the COVID-shortened campaign, and will likely push to enter several top-10s of their own.
Bailey Enoch is currently tied for fifth all-time with a .432 on-base percentage.
