Louisville, Ky. – For the first time in its history, over 8,000 student-athletes have been named 2021 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, totaling just over 8,800, including 13 Rams, by far the largest number of student-athletes that the program has seen on the annual list since its inception in 2013; the previous high was nine in 2019. Meanwhile, the team-wide GPA of 3.40 put Fordham 98th among its Division I peers.

The award is given to any student-athlete who carries a cumulative 3.5 GPA or higher across the academic year. Fordham was represented on the Division I honorees by

Aubree Barney,
Kelly Bright,
Brielle Cerchio,
Rachel Hubertus,
Julia Martine,
Makenzie McGrath,
Julia Petrovich,
Brianna Pinto,
Anne Marie Prentiss,
Gianna Ranieri,
Gigi Speer, and
Sarah Taffet.

The NFCA did not do these awards following the 2020 season, but before that year Bright and Pinto had earned the distinction each of their first two years, while Aughinbaugh, Martine, Prentiss, and Speer all received the honor in 2019.
