With the 2020 fall sports season canceled by the COVID-19 outbreak, we at Fordham have decided to dig back through our archives and provide our fans with content on some of the outstanding teams and student-athletes who have graced Rose Hill over the years.

November 22, 2014 – (Bronx, N.Y.) –
Results - The Fordham cross country team concluded the 2014 season at Van Cortlandt Park, as the Rams once again hosted the ECAC/IC4A Cross Country Championship. Fordham ended the season on a high note as the men's squad defended their IC4A University title.

Overall, it is the men's fourth IC4A Championship, having captured the crown in 1989, 2006, and 2013.

The final event of the day, Fordham defended its IC4A University Division Championship, scoring 52 points, followed by Marist (68) and Monmouth (78).

Junior
Mike Turi won the event with a time of 25:46.0, becoming the third Fordham winner in four years, joining
Jonathan Annelli (2013) and Julian Saad (2011). Right behind Turi for the Rams was
Quincy O'Connor in third (25:52.2), while
Thomas Slattery was fourth (25:54.4). Fordham's
Nik O'Brien in 15th (26:22.6) and
Jake Duckworth in 29th position (26:47.5) rounded out the Rams' scoring.

November 22, 2003 – (Towson, Md.) –
Box Score - Senior wide receiver Javarus Dudley had a record-breaking day today, catching a school-record four touchdown passes to lead Fordham to a 35-22 Patriot League win over Towson at Johnny Unitas Stadium.

Dudley finished the game with ten receptions for 246 yards as the Rams improve to 9-3 overall, 4-3 in the league.

After the Tigers took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, senior quarterback Kevin Eakin connected with Dudley on a pair of touchdown passes in the second quarter to give the Rams a 14-7 halftime lead. The first score, a four-yard scoring strike, was set up by a 53-yard Dudley reception earlier in the drive. The second was all Dudley as he took an Eakin pass on the second play of the drive 70 yards to the end one.
A 21-yard touchdown pass from Eakin to Dudley made it a 21-7 game in the third quarter.

On Towson's next possession, Tad Kornegay picked off an Anthony Melzi pass and raced 40 yards for a score and a 28-7 Fordham lead.

After Towson trimmed the Fordham lead to 14, 28-14, midway through the fourth quarter, the Rams were pinned on their own one and took a safety to make it a 28-16 game with 5:39 remaining.

On Towson's ensuring possession, Greg Whalen picked off a Tiger pass and returned it 56 yards to set up Dudley's fourth touchdown of the game, a nine-yard connection with Eakin with 2:59 remaining to secure the game for the Rams.
