Bronx, N.Y. – Fordham University and Iona College will open the 2020-2021 men's basketball season, and resume the series between the Rams and the Gaels, on Wednesday, November 25, in the Rose Hill Gym it was announced today.
 
The game, which was originally scheduled for November 16, will be the first of four home-and-home games between the Rams and the Gaels over the next four years.
 
Fordham and Iona have met 63 times in the all-time series which the Rams lead 32-31. The last meeting came on December 3, 2006, a 70-54 Fordham win in the Rose Hill Gym. The two schools were members of the MAAC from 1981-1990.
 
Fans will not be allowed to attend the game per Fordham, New York City, and New York state guidelines. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
