South Kent, Conn. – The Fordham golf team wrapped up play at the Hartford Hawk Invitational on Tuesday, finishing 14
th with a combined score of 949 across three rounds. The Rams fell back a spot with a score of 338 in round three. Central Florida maintained its grip on the top spot with all five golfers under par on the day. Seton Hall's Wenliang Xie took home individual honors with a 10-under par 206.
Junior
Anthony Wells and freshman Chan Park both finished T70 for the tournament at 234. Wells carded a 78 in round three, while Park finished with an 83. Park's even-par 72 in his opening round was lowest among his teammates.
Dean Cerimido carded an 87 to finish at 240 and in solo 85
th. Following him were Nicholas Manning, who finished T93 at 246, and Eduardo Tamburi, who was solo 96
th with a three-round score of 250.
Dante Lancellotti, competing as an individual, was one spot behind in 97
th.
The Rams are back in action this weekend at the Quechee Invite, hosted by Dartmouth, on Saturday and Sunday.
