Bronx, N.Y. - Nine members of the 2019 Fordham University football team were recognized today with All-Patriot League honors, including junior linebacker

Ryan Greenhagen, junior kicker
Andrew Mevis, and junior offensive lineman
Nick Zakelj, who were all named to the first team.

Joining the six first team selections were three second team picks: sophomore offensive lineman
Phil Saleh, junior running back
Trey Sneed, and junior defensive lineman
Ellis Taylor.

FIRST TEAM

Glenn Cunningham (Jr., Glastonbury, Conn./Xavier)
• Named First Team All-Patriot League for second straight year.
• Second on team with 78 tackles, 49 solo, including 8.5 for loss and 1.0 sacks
• Also had six QBH, four pass break ups, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one interception
• Eleventh in the Patriot League in tackles/game (6.5)
• Has 40.5 career tackles for loss, third all-time at Fordham.

Zach Davis (Jr., Wallingford, Conn./Sheehan)
• Gained 1,013 yards on 200 carries with seven touchdowns.
• Became the ninth Ram to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season.
• Led the Patriot League in rushing touchdowns and was second in rushing yards/game (84.4).
• Ranked 29th in the NCAA FCS in rushing yards and 39th in rushing yards/game.
• Also caught 14 passes for 82 yards.
• Has 1,498 career rushing yards.

Tim DeMorat (So., Merritt Island, Fla./Viera)
• Completed 232 of 393 passes for 2,674 yards and 10 touchdowns.
• Led the Patriot League in passing yards, passing yards/game (222.8) and passing touchdowns.
• 29th in the NCAA FCS in passing yards and 32nd in passing touchdowns.
• 232 completions was seventh best single season in Fordham history while 2,674 passing yards was eleventh best.
• Also ran for four scores.
• Has 31 career passing touchdowns, tied for sixth-best in school history.
• Has 380 career completion, seventh best all-time at Fordham.

Ryan Greenhagen (So., Sparta, N.J./Pope John XXIII)
• Named Second Team All-Patriot League in 2018.
• Led team with 123 tackles, 83 solo, including a team-best 18.5 for loss and 4.5 sacks
• Also had eight QBH, one forced fumble and one pass break up
• Led Patriot League in TFLs/Game (1.54) and second in tackles/game (10.2)
• Is third in the NCAA FCS in solo tackles/game (6.8), eleventh in total tackles/game and 15th in TFLs/game
• The 18.5 TFLs was the third best single season in school history
• The 82 solo tackles was the second best single season in school history
• Has 33.5 career TFLs, seventh-best in school history

Andrew Mevis (Jr., Warsaw, Ind./Warsaw Community)
• A Second Team All-Patriot League pick in 2018.
• Handled all the kicking duties for the Rams in 2019
• Connected on 15 of 20 field goals with a long of 46 and 31 of his 33 PATs
• Led the Patriot League, and 18
th in the NCAA FCS, in field goals/game, and second in PL in field goal percentage
• Led the Patriot League in scoring (6.3)
• 15 made field goal in 2019 is tied for fifth most in a season in school history
• Kicked off 63 times with 50 touch backs
• Has 27 career field goals, tied for fifth most in school history

Nick Zakelj (Jr., Broadview Heights, Ohio/Brecksville-Broadview Heights)
• A 2018 Second Team All-Patriot League selection.
• Started all 12 games at left tackle for the Rams in 2019
• Blocked for the top-ranked offense in the Patriot League (357.2 yards/game)
• Fordham offense also led the League in scoring (25.0) and red zone offense.
• A three-year starter on the offensive line.
• Named 2019 CoSIDA Academic All-District.

Phil Saleh (So., Oak Park, Ill. Oak Park-River Forest)
• Started all 12 games at center for the Rams in 2019.
• Blocked for the top-ranked offense in the Patriot League (357.2 yards/game).
• Fordham offense also led the League in scoring (25.0) and red zone offense.

Trey Sneed (Jr., Orange Park, Fla./Fleming Island (Rutgers))
• Rushed 119 times for 502 yards and six touchdowns.
• Second in the Patriot League in rushing touchdowns.
• Third in the Patriot League in rushing yards/carry (4.64).
• Third in the Patriot League in rushing yards.
• Also caught nine passes for 50 yards.

Ellis Taylor (Jr., Oak Park, Ill./Fenwick)
• Recorded 36 total tackles, 16 solo, including 9.0 for loss and 6.5 sacks.
• Also had seven quarterback hurries and one blocked kick.
• Led team in sacks and second in tackles for loss.
• Fifth in the Patriot League in sacks/game (0.54)
