Live StatsTwitter Updates @FordhamVBBRONX, N.Y. -- The Fordham women's volleyball team (8-18, 2-7 A-10) begins a three-match homestand this weekend to conclude the home portion of the schedule when it welcomes the top two teams in the Atlantic 10 inside the Rose Hill Gym. The Rams host second-place Saint Louis (18-7, 7-2 A-10) Friday night for its annual "Dink Pink" match at 7 p.m., before facing first-place Dayton (18-5, 9-0 A-10) Halloween night at 7 p.m. Friday's night match will be streamed for free online.
Fans attending Friday night's contest are encouraged to wear pink for the "PINK OUT" taking place, as the team will be raising funds for the Side-Out Foundation for breast cancer awareness. A number of raffles will take place in order to raise funds, which will be added to the money raised during the volleyball's team charity tournament, which was held Tuesday. Fans are also encouraged to dress up in Halloween costumes for Saturday's match.

What You Need To Know: The Billikens roll into the Bronx coming off a loss four-set loss at Dayton last Saturday while dropping two of their last three, which includes a five-set loss at VCU two Friday's ago, which snapped a 15-match win streak. Danielle Rygelski paces the squad with 376 kills and 45 service aces, which also leads the conference in both categories, while adding 217 digs and 50 total blocks. Taylor Paulson is next in kills with 207 and also has posted a team-best 88 total blocks, while Nenye Okoro (187 K, 231 D, 36 TB) and Megan Gilbert (164 K, 82 TB, 61 D) also have over 100 kills. Meredith Boe tops in assists with 974 (second-most in A-10) and adds 128 digs, 59 kills, 49 total blocks and 22 service aces, while Mackenzie Long has a team-high 313 digs to go along with 66 assists and 29 service aces.

What You Need To Know: The Flyers enter Friday's night's contest at Rhode Island white hot having won 16 in a row and 17 of 18 after starting the season 0-4, which included a four-set loss to #21 Iowa State on the road. Dayton also has a victory over #20 Western Kentucky to its credit. Alaina Turner is arguably the Flyers' best overall player, as she leads the team with 340 kills and 33 service aces to go along with 179 digs and 48 total blocks. Amber Erhahon (192 K), Jill Loiars (181 K, 47 TB), Jenna Jendryk (160 K, 35 TB) and Jessica Sloan (106 K, 156 D, 17 SA) all have over 100 kills, with Erhahon leading the squad with 110 total blocks, the second-most in the league. Jane Emmenecker has dished out 726 assists and adds 130 digs, while Janna Krafka leads the squad with 342 digs and chips in 71 assists and 25 service aces.
