Men's Golf Oscar Cabanas sits in a tie for fifth place

Golf Tied For 4th After Two Rounds

The Fordham University golf team found themselves in a tie for fourth place after two rounds at the Cornell Invitational, which kicked off today in Ithaca, NY. Fordham trails first place Dartmouth by nine with 18 holes left to play.
 
Oscar Cabanas led the way for the Rams with his two round score of 147. Cabanas who was +3 on the day, finds himself in a tie for fifth place heading into the final 18.
 
Matt Schiller shot rounds of 73 and 79, which puts him in a tie for 19th.
 
Joe Trim and James Mongey shot rounds of 79-75 and 83-76, respectively, which put them in a tie for 30th and 51st.
 
Hugh LaGrotteria wrapped up scoring for the Rams, shooting 78 and 87 during the first day of play.
 
The Rams will wrap up play tomorrow, with a shotgun start scheduled for 8 A.M.
