Since the squads failed to complete five innings of play, the game does not count and season stats will not be effected.
The game getting washed out does not take away from the fact that several Fordham players played well on Tuesday afternoon.
Michele Daubman held LSU to just three hits in 3.2 innings of work, and her scoreless inning streak of 16 is now still intact.
Elise Fortier made the most of her two at bats against SEC competition, mashing a double to the left center field gap and belting a three-run home run in the bottom of the third.
