Round One Results

The first day of the Cornell Invitational has been shortened due to rain.  Slated for 36 holes of competition, Saturday's action halted in the middle of the second round with the Rams in 12th place.

Second and third round play will resume tomorrow morning.

Brandon Nolan led the Rams with his second-best round of the fall, carding a 74.  On the back of a front-nine 34, Nolan finished the first round in a tie for tenth.

Jeff Hogan turned in a 79 in the first round, good enough for a tie for 40th.

Freshman Fernando Morett posted an 80 in his third tournament as a Ram, placing him in a tie for 49th.

St. Mary's transfer Drew Dufresne finished the first round with an 81, while junior Ben Alcorn turned in a 82.  The two Rams are in ties for 58th and 66th, respectively.
