Women’s Soccer Falls To Dartmouth

Rams Back in Action on Sunday at Vermont

Box Score Dartmouth's Emma Brush scored twice an added an assist, as the Big Green downed the Fordham Rams, 4-0, at Burnham Field in Hanover, New Hampshire.
 
The loss drops Fordham to 1-4-1 on the year, while Dartmouth improved to 1-2-0.
 
Dartmouth started the scoring in the 17th minute, as Emma Brush netted her first of two goals in the game.  Brush took the ball away from a Fordham defender and beat Fordham goalkeeper Ally White with a quick low shot.
 
Ten minutes later, Dartmouth made it 2-0 when Lucielle Kozlov netted her second goal of the season to the far post, connecting off a cross that got over White's head in the box.
 
Brush added her second tally of the game just 3:15 into the second half off a through ball by Chrissy Lozier.  Lozier then closed out the scoring in the 62nd minute with a penalty kick goal.
 
White and Megan Fitzgerald each played a half in goal for Fordham with each making two saves.
 
The Fordham women's soccer team is back in action on Sunday, September 15th, as they play at Vermont, beginning at 1:00 PM.
