Bronx, N.Y. - As the 2012-2013 season begins to wind down, the Fordham University Athletic Department held its 79th annual Block F Awards Dinner at the Villa Barone Manor on May 1 to honor Fordham University's student-athletes for their accomplishments during the academic year.

Among those honored was sophomore Kristina Maksuti (Delmar, N.Y./Bethlehem Central) who was named the 2012 Women's Soccer MVP.

Maksuti led the Rams in scoring for the second consecutive year. She started all 19 games this fall, netting seven goals, three of which were game-winners, and adding three assists for 17 points.
