Final Results

The Fordham golf team closed out its 2013 fall schedule on Monday morning, finishing in fifth place out of seven squads at the Lehigh University Invitational in Bethlehem Pa.
 
Jeff Hogan led the Rams for the second consecutive day, posting a five-over 77 at Saucon Valley Country Club.  For the tournament, Hogan (+11) finished tied for eighth place, marking the first time this season that a Ram cracked the top ten.   
 
Junior Brian Engstrom finished five shots behind Hogan to tie for 22^nd place in the field, while senior Brandon Nolan ended the season one shot behind Engstrom, tied for 25^th.  Engstrom and Nolan shot 81 and 82, respectively, on Monday. 
 
Ben Alcorn bested his Sunday effort by two shots in round number two, carding an 83 and tying for 36^th place overall.
 
Freshman Fernando Morett, who had been having a solid rookie season heading into this weekend, shot an 88 on Monday to finish in a tie for 42^nd. 
 
The Rams will take the winter months off and resume their spring season in March.
