Baseball Heads to UNCW for Three-Game Series

Rams & Seahawks Open Three-Game Set on Friday

Bronx, N.Y. – (February 19, 2026) – The Fordham baseball team returns to the diamond on Friday for week two of the 2026 season, as the Rams head to Brooks Field in Wilmington, North Carolina, for a three-game series at UNCW.

  • UNCW is 2-2 on the young season, and coming off a 34-24 season in 2025, where the team reached the CAA Championship game.

  • Kevin Jones leads the offense with a .471 batting average to go with a home run and six RBI.
  • On the mound, Cooper Allen tossed five scoreless innings in a win over Maryland, allowing two hits with five strikeouts.

  • Following this weekend, the Rams are scheduled to have their home opener on Wednesday, February 25th against Hofstra, while heading to Stetson for a three-game series from February 27th - March 1st.
