White Plains, N.Y. – The Fordham golf team compete in The Metropolis Intercollegiate at the Metropolis Country Club where the Rams placed tenth of 12 teams.
 
Individually, sophomore Kieran Cummins was the top Fordham finisher, tying for 20^th overall. After a first round 78, he rebounded to shoot a 71 in round two and a 73 in the final round for a 12-over 222 total. He had his best round in round two where he carded three birdies, two on the back nine where he finished with a even-par 35.
 
Senior Luke Brower was the second Ram in the individual competition, shooting  a 78-70-78 for a three-round total of 226, tying him for 36^th. His even-par 70 in round two was aided by five birdies, including on the first hole, a 540-yard par-5, as he came in with a two-under 33 on the front nine.
 
Junior Patrick Ginnity was right behind Brower, carding a three-round score of 227 to tie for 38^th. His best round was a one-over 71 in the first round which featured three birdies, two on the back nine where he shot an even-par 35.
 
Also scoring for the Rams were junior Liam Howard, who tied for 38^th with a 227, and sophomore Jack St. Ledger, who tied for 65^th overall.
 
The Rams return to action on Monday and Tuesday, October 19 and 20, as they compete in the Blue Hen Intercollegiate at the Wyncote Golf Club in Oxford, Pa.
