Lake Placid, N.Y. – Making their longest trip of the fall slate this weekend, Fordham University Golf competed in its third tournament of the campaign at the Columbia Autumn Invitational in Upstate New York, finishing 12th of 13 teams after three rounds of action Saturday and Sunday

Playing 36 continuous holes on Saturday, play concluded with final round action Sunday, and the Rams' five were led by Kieran Cummins, who finished the tournament tied for 18th in the 80-player field, finishing an overall two over par. 

Competing as an individual, Liam Howard tallied the best round of the 15 individuals this weekend, posting a pair of rounds in red figures on Saturday, to finish an overall two under par and place 11th in the field overall.

The rest of the players counting towards the team score included Luke Brower, who finished tied for 43rd, helped in part by a two-under round in his second turn of the course Saturday. Tucker Silva finished tied for 65th, ahead of Jack St. Ledger who finished 70th and Eli Kaufman who ended the weekend tied for 76th.

Fordham Golf is back on the links Oct. 20-21 when they head to Worcester, Mass. for the Holy Cross Crusader Invitational at Worcester Country Club.
