Orlando, Fla. – The Fordham men's golf squad sits in tenth place after the first day of competition at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship being held at the Evermore Resort Golf Course.
 
Junior co-captain Luke Brower leads the Rams through the first day, carding a two-over 74, including a birdie on the 13th hole, a par-5, 529-yard hole. He is tied for 21st at the championship.
 
Freshman Kieran Cummins is right behind Brower, coming in a three-over 75, tied for 27th overall. He birdied two of the final four holes, including the par-5, 592-yard 15th.
 
Junior co-captain AJ DePaolo shot a five-over 77 on day one, tying him for 36th, while sophomore Liam Howard shot an 81, but shot an eagle on the par-5, 529-yard 13th hole, to tie for 49th.
 
VCU leads the team competition with a three-under 285, followed by George Mason (286), and Dayton (293). Fordham is 22 strokes behind the leader with a 307.
 
Day two of the Atlantic 10 Men's Golf Championship will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
