Philadelphia, Penn. – Last year, the Fordham women's tennis doubles team of Nevena Kolarevic and Julianne Nguyen won the inaugural Atlantic 10 Master's Qualifier title. This year they took it up a notch, winning the 2025 ITA Northeast Regional doubles title at the University of Pennsylvania. The two advance to the NCAA National Championships to be held in Orlando, Florida, from November 18-23. 
 
Kolarevic and Nguyen won the title by defeating Penn State's Olivia Dorner and Maiko Uchijima in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5.
 
Kolarevic and Nguyen advanced to the finals after four straight wins moved the pair to the semifinals where they took a hard fought decision from Delaware's Maryia Hrynashka and Paulina Jurkowska. After dropping the first set, 6-4, the Fordham duo came back to win the second, 6-3, and the tiebreaker, 10-8.
 
Aside from the success in doubles competition, the Rams also had two singles players advance to the Round of 16 at the championship. Paola Dalmonico, who advanced out of the qualifying round, joined Kolarevic in playing in the Round of 16. Dalmonico won two matches in the qualifying round to move on to the main draw where she won her first two matches to make it to the Round of 16.
