Box Score Syracuse, N.Y. – The Fordham women's tennis squad played its second match of the weekend on Sunday, falling to Syracuse University, 7-0, at the Drumlins Country Club courts.

Fordham opened the match dropping the doubles point as the Orange won all three matches. Syracuse's Anastasia Sysoeva and Monika Wojcik took second doubles from Lorraine Bergmann and Catalina Padilla Udaeta, 6-3, and then Miyuka Kimoto and Serafima Shastova defeated Sofie Siem and Lily Chitambar, 6-1, at third doubles. Shiori Ito and Nelly Knezkova completed the doubles sweep for the Orange with a 6-3 win over Julianne Nguyen and Aya Matsunaga at first doubles.
 
Syracuse then took all six singles matches for the 7-0 win.
