ITA Regional Rankings
 
BRONX – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its final 2023-24 regional ranking with the Fordham women's tennis squad being ranked eighth in the Northeast Regional and grad student Raffaela Alhach being ranked 20th among single competitors.
 

The 2023-24 Fordham women's tennis team finished the year with a 15-7 record and advanced to the Atlantic 10 Conference semifinals for the third straight year, coming up one point shy of making its third straight finals appearance.
 
Alhach picked up 14 singles wins on the season, playing at the first position where she recorded seven singles victories. Her 14 singles wins tied for second most on the squad. In the fall she advanced to the ITA Super Regionals after defeating Mia Palladino (Stony Brook) 6-2, 6-4, in the round of 64, Isabella Chhiv (Princeton) 6-0, 6-4, in the round of 32, and Marianthi Christoforidou (Temple) 6-2, 7-5, in the round of 16.
 
Alhach also accumulated 13 doubles wins, eight of those with Anlin Xie, tying for second most on the team.
