Bronx, N.Y. – Coming off one of their most successful seasons in over 30 years, the Fordham University men's basketball Rams will open play at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championship on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Barclays Center.

Fordham, seeded-third, will play either #5 Duquesne, #11 La Salle, or #14 Rhode Island in the fourth quarterfinal game of the day. La Salle and Rhode Island will play on Tuesday with the winner facing Duquesne on Wednesday.
 
The three-seed is the highest seed for the Rams since joining the Atlantic 10 in 1995. Fordham closed out the regular season with a 24-7 overall record, 12-6 in the Atlantic 10. The 24 wins are the most for the Rams since 1990-1991 while the 12 A-10 wins are the most ever.
 
The first two rounds of the championship are on Tuesday, March 7 and Wednesday, March 8.  The quarterfinals are on Thursday, with a final four practice day on Friday. The A-10 semifinals are on Saturday and the championship game is on Sunday.
