Men's Tennis Falls at NJIT
Rams host Binghamton on Saturday
Newark, N.J. - The Fordham men's tennis team opened the weekend with a 6-1loss to NJIT at the Naimola Tennis Center on Friday.
"Despite the tough results in singles we were once again very strong in doubles play and deservedly took the doubles point," said head coach Davis Slater. "NJIT has yet to lose a singles match in any of their 5 match-ups which shows just how impressive taking that doubles point was."
The Rams opened the match by winning the doubles point but couldn't pick up a point in singles matches.
