2022-23 Season
• Earned Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors.
• Named team MVP.
• Played at first singles, compiling an 11-10 record.
• The eleven wins are the second most for a Ram this year.
• Was 10-9 at first singles in dual matches.
• Also went 13-11 in doubles action, 10-9 at the first position in dual match competition, tying for the team lead in doubles victories.
• Helped the Rams score a 4-2 upset win over St. Bonaventure in the first round of the Atlantic 10 Championships with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Archie Graham at first singles.


2021-22 Season (at UNC Ashville)
• In his final season with the Bulldogs, posted a record of 8-5 in singles matches, playing mainly out of the No. 3 and No. 4 spots in the Bulldog lineup.
• He also went 4-2 against Big South foes picking up wins against Gardner-Webb, Hampton, Campbell, and Longwood.
• In doubles, Fender went 3-6 on the season partnering with Harry Thursfield and Sirawit Daosaengsawang. 

2020-2021 Season (at UNC Ashville)
• Saw action in three singles matches, playing one at the No. 5 flight and two at the No. 6 flight.

2019-2020 Season (at UNC Ashville)
• Earned five singles victories on the season shortened due to COVID-19, with four victories coming at No. 6.
• His three-set come-from-behind victory against Winthrop leveled the match for the Bulldogs at 3-3 and ultimately helped deliver the victory in their lone Big South competition.
 
2018-2019 Season (at UNC Ashville)
• Saw action in 14 singles matches.
• Ended the season with a 10-3 singles record playing at No. 2-6.
• Won seven straight singles matches.
• Was 4-0 in Big South Conference matches.
• Picked up seven doubles wins.
 
Prior to UNC Asheville
• A graduate of Saint Andrews School in Boca Raton, Florida.
• Played at the first position in singles and doubles.
• Placed second in the state in singles.
• Served as a team captain.
• Was part of boys 10 and under Florida doubles state championship team.
• Was also the Florida U10 Florida mixed doubles state champion.

• Son of Tammy and Marc Fender.
• Has an older brother, Clay, and a younger sister, Savanna.
