Box Score Orlando, Fla. – The Fordham women's tennis squad, seeded third, opened the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championships with a 4-2 win over sixth-seeded Saint Louis University at the USTA National Campus on Thursday. The win moves the Rams into the semifinals on Friday against seventh-seeded George Washington.
 
The Rams took the doubles point winning both completed doubles matches with Eleni Fasoula and Nicole Li winning at first doubles and Carlota Casasampere Escoda and Rachelle Yang taking the second position.
 
Fordham then won three of the five completed singles matches for the win. The decisive match was Li's 6-0, 6-3 victory at fifth singles.
