Danbury, Conn. – (December 16, 2022) - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2022 Division I Men's Soccer All-ECAC Teams and major awards on Friday with Fordham graduate student defender
Timo Hummrich (Berlin, Germany) being named Second Team All-ECAC.
To be nominated, a player must have been named First Team All-Conference by their respective leagues.
Hummrich was selected First Team All-Atlantic 10 in November, starting all 16 games for Fordham, playing over 1,350 minutes. He finished as the team's leading scorer with six goals and 15 points and ended the year on a three-game goal scoring streak. Defensively, he helped Fordham record three shutouts on the year.

ABOUT THE ECAC
The ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) is an eighty-four-year-old organization with well over 200 member schools across all three NCAA Divisions - I, II and III. The ECAC exists to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics and provides great value for universities and colleges by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments and other competitions throughout the Northeast. The ECAC's esports platform is growing and now totals more than sixty colleges and universities and is expanding the geographic footprint for the conference nationally.
