Newport News, Va. – Fordham women's basketball's junior guard
Anna DeWolfe has been named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon. It is DeWolfe's third time earning the weekly accolade, also earning three Rookie of the Week honors as a freshman.

DeWolfe led the Rams to two more league victories this past week, at home to Saint Joseph's and St. Bonaventure. The Cumberland, Maine native averaged 21.0 points, 3.5 assists, 1.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and 0.5 blocks over 38.5 minutes per game. Against the Hawks, DeWolfe scored 22 points on 10-of-19 shooting with four dimes, two boards, and two steals, over 37 minutes of a 20-point win, then played all 40 minutes against the Bonnies, scoring 20 points with three assists, one board, one block, and one steal.

For the year, the reigning A-10 Co-Player of the Year leads the conference and is 25
th nationally in scoring (an even 20.0 points per game). DeWolfe is also second in the nation in both minutes played per game (38.4) and total minutes played (769), is fourth in field goal attempts (375), seven in makes (156), 24
th in threes made (51), and 41
st in threes per game (2.55).

DeWolfe became the 24
th Ram, and fourth-fastest, to reach 1,000 career points earlier this season against Lafayette and is now up to 13
th in program history with 1,178. She is also fifth all-time with 16.8 points averaged per game and seventh with a career 84.1% success rate from the free-throw line, and is closing in fast on the all-time top-10 in field goals (just 40 away) and three-pointers (nine away). DeWolfe has started 70 straight contests since arriving at Fordham.
