Bronx, N.Y. – The Kyle Neptune era is about to start for the Fordham men's basketball program so let us meet the 2021-2022 team.
 
Today, let's catch up with one of the returnees, sophomore guard Albe Evans.
 
Evans, who did not see action as a freshman in 2020-2021, joined the Rams after a stellar career at Schuylkill Haven High School in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. He graduated as the school's all-time leading scorer with 1,760 points, averaging 20 points per game as a senior, hitting 80 three-pointers. Evans helped the 2019-2020 Schuylkill Haven team go 20-6, win its first Schuylkill League Division II title since 2006, and reach the District 11 Class AA title game and earn a berth in the PIAA Tournament in 2020.
 
Also an accomplished golfer in high school, Evans was a three-time Schuylkill League golf champion and the 2019 District 11 Class AA champion.
