Atlantic 10 Release

Bronx, N.Y. – Fordham freshman guard Nick Honor was named to the 2019 Atlantic 10 men's basketball All-Rookie team it was announced by the league office today. He is the first Ram to earn All-Rookie Team honors since 2016.
 
Honor enters the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championship leading Fordham in scoring (15.6 ppg) and assists (93 - 3.0/game). He is the top-scoring freshman in the conference, ranking 14th among all NCAA Division I freshmen, and he also ranks among the Atlantic 10 leaders in three-pointers made/game (2.2 – tied for fourth), assist/turnover ratio (1.8 – eighth), and free throw percentage (.812 – ninth).
 
The Rams, seeded 14th, open play at the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championship by facing the University of Richmond Spiders, the 11-seed, on Wednesday, March 13, at 3:30 p.m. at the Barclays Center.
