Providence, R.I. – The Fordham men's tennis squad traveled up to Brown University today where they fell to the Bears, 6-1, in the Pizzitola Center.
The match opened with Brown taking the doubles point, winning both completed matches.
Max Green and
Finn Kemper fell to Roger Chou and Charles Tan, 6-1, at first doubles and
Steven Duka and
Jofre Segarra fell at third doubles to Ben Collier and Peter Litsky, 6-4.
Lutwin de Macar and Fabian Mauritzson were up 4-3 at second doubles when the match was halted.
Green picked up the point for the Rams with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Chou at second singles.
The Rams return to action on Saturday, March 2, as they travel to Newark, Delaware, to face the University of Delaware at 6:00 p.m.
