Mary Goulding has been named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon. The award is Goulding's second of her season and career. Fordham defeated Saint Louis and George Mason this past week.

Goulding was instrumental in a pair of league victories this past week, averaging a double-double of 15.5 points and 10.0 rebounds (6.0 offensive) with 2.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 0.5 blocks across all 80 minutes. The senior led the Rams to a win over Saint Louis in midweek with 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting and hauled in nine offensive boards of 13 total, plus two assists and a block, then matched her career-high on Sunday against the Patriots, scoring 19 points on 7-of-13 shooting, with two three-pointers, to go with seven rebounds, a career-high-tying four steals, and a pair of dimes.
For the year, Goulding leads the Rams with 8.0 rebounds per game, 41.9% of which have come on the offensive glass (3.4), and is second on the team with 11.3 points per game, doing so with 45.7% overall shooting and a team-high 35.9% clip from behind the arc. Goulding also has a team-high 68 assists, 26 steals, and six blocks across 35.3 minutes per game. She has six double-doubles on the year.
In conference action, those numbers improve to 12.3 points and 9.1 rebounds, plus 33 assists and 16 steals, while shooting 45.2% overall and 37.1% from deep. The Rangiora, New Zealand native has score in double figures in five straight contests and 10 of her last 12.
The Rams are on the road twice this week, first at Davidson on Wednesday night, February 13
th, with a 7 p.m. tip-off.
