DeLand, Fla. – The Fordham men's soccer team travels out of state this weekend, as the Rams make their first trip to Florida since 2006, when they meet the Stetson Hatters on Saturday night in DeLand, Florida.
Fordham (1-3-2) hopes to recapture some of the magic from the team's last trip to Florida, which came in 2006. On that trip, Fordham upset ninth-ranked South Florida, 2-1, to open the 2006 season, and went on to be nationally-ranked for four weeks through the end of September.
