Fordham women's basketball head coach Stephanie Gaitley has announced the dates for her Team Shootout and Elite Skills Camps this June.
 
The Team Shootout Camp will be held on Saturday, June 25^th at Fordham University.  There will be a variety of leagues for competitions, and coaches may choose the level of competition from High Varsity to Mid-Varsity to JV.  AAU teams are welcome to attend.  Each team will play two games, and coaches will have access to the Fordham Basketball Video/DVD library. Cost is $225 prior to May 1^st and $250 after that date.
 
The Elite Skills Camp will take place on Sunday, June 26^th, also at Fordham.  The camp is open to girls entering 5th - 12th grade with the cost being $75.  The day will run from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
 
The cost includes a day of basketball instruction, t-shirt, recreational activities, and insurance.  Below is a breakdown of the day:

• Guard/Forward Skill Development
  • Technique and footwork (Offense/Defense)
  • Fundamental Skills
  • Improve shooting skills & techniques
  • Learning to face the basket (Forwards)
  • Competitive shooting games
  • Moving with and without the ball
  • Improve ball handling skills

A discount of $20 will be offered per each additional player attending camp and the camp staff will consist of Fordham's Division I coaches and players.
