Baseball Hosts George Mason for A-10 Series Starting Thursday

The Fordham baseball team resumes Atlantic 10 play on Thursday, as the Rams host George Mason in the opening game of a three-game series at Houlihan Park.

Fordham had a rough start to league action, dropping all three games to Richmond this past weekend.  George Mason sits at 2-4 in league play with a 10-15 record overall.

WE'RE GOIN' STREAKIN': Sophomore Matthew Kozuch continues to be one of the Rams' most consistent hitters this season, hitting .313 over his last nine games, and reached base safely in 21 consecutive games, tying Mark Donadio for the longest streak this season.  He also has nine RBI and seven runs scored over that stretch... Sophomore Jason Lundy is batting .375 over his last nine games, posting six runs scored, five RBI, and three stolen bases... Junior catcher Charles Galiano has heated up a bit over his last nine games, batting .290 with a home run and six RBI, while reaching base in 15 straight games.
