Following back-to-back three-goal performances, the Fordham men's soccer team continues their road trip on Saturday night in Pittsburgh, as the Rams take on the Duquesne Dukes at Rooney Field.
Fordham is coming off back-to-back 3-0 wins over La Salle and Davidson in their first two conference games, marking the Rams' first 2-0 start in league play since 2011. It is also the first time since 2006, that the Rams scored at least three goals in consecutive games.

LAST TIME OUT: After a quiet first half, the Fordham men's soccer team exploded for three second half goals on Wednesday night, as the Rams improved to 2-0 in conference play for the first time since 2011 with a 3-0 win at Davidson.
With just four shots recorded in the entire first half, Fordham and Davidson were much more offensive minded in the second half with ten shots each in the period.
Kyle Bitterman The first of those shots to find the back of the net came in the 58
th minute, courtesy of Fordham's
Ryan Cupolo. Off a centering pass from
Kyle Bitterman, Cupolo one-timed the shot off the Davidson goalkeeper's hand and in for his second goal of the season.
Fordham increased the lead to 2-0 in the 72
nd minute on a superb play from
Andrew Hickey. After picking up a clearing attempt, Hickey dribbled forward and fired a shot from the far side off the right post and in from 35 yards out for his first goal of the season.
Just three minutes later, the Rams capped the scoring with their third goal of the night.
Ole Sandnes was at the top of the arc and slid a pass to
Jannik Loebe in the box. Loebe quickly turned and fired from 15 yards out, netting his second goal of the season into the right side of the goal. It marked the first time since 2006 games against George Washington and La Salle that Fordham had scored three times in back-to-back games.
Rashid Nuhu was steady in the net for Fordham, posting five saves for his fourth shutout of the season and fourth in the last five games.
