Bronx, N.Y. (May 14, 2014) - The Fordham baseball team will close out the 2014 Atlantic 10 regular season by hosting the VCU Rams in a three-game conference series beginning on Thursday at Houlihan Park. Fordham enters the series in seventh place, a game ahead of George Washington, while VCU sits in a third place tie with George Mason, as the top seven teams qualify for the 2014 Atlantic 10 Championship to be held next week in St. Louis, Missouri.
The series kicks off on Thursday, May 15, with a 12:00 p.m. first pitch. The teams are slated to meet on Friday at 12:00 p.m., with a special pregame senior ceremony, and Saturday at 7:00 p.m., following the University's Commencement ceremony earlier in the day.
