With the movement of the games, Fordham (3-3) hopes to return the favor from last year, where poor weather forced the Stony Brook series to primarily be played at Fordham. The Seawolves would win two of those three games, which included Frankie Vanderka throwing a nine-inning no-hitter.
Stony Brook heads into the sereis with an 0-6 record, having dropped three games to FIU, and one each to Wake Forest, Saint Peter's, and Saint Louis.
