Following two stellar performances against tough opponents this week, freshman Hannah Missry has been named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for games played between January 13th-19th.

Missry started off the week by tying her career-high for three pointers in a game, hitting five shots from downtown in her team's come-from-behind win over VCU.  Missry played a critical role down the stretch, scoring eight points in a 15-3 run for the Rams, including the go-ahead three with 48 seconds to go.

Against Dayton on Sunday afternoon, Missry had her most consistent shooting performance of the A-10 season, hitting four of her six attempts from beyond the arc.  The Jackson, N.J., native finished the contest with 12 points.  

On the week, Missry averaged 14.5 points and 3.5 rebounds, shooting 39 percent from the floor and 41 percent from beyond the arc.
