Hannah Missry has been named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for games played between January 13th-19th.
Missry started off the week by tying her career-high for three pointers in a game, hitting five shots from downtown in her team's come-from-behind win over VCU. Â Missry played a critical role down the stretch, scoring eight points in a 15-3 run for the Rams, including the go-ahead three with 48 seconds to go.
Against Dayton on Sunday afternoon, Missry had her most consistent shooting performance of the A-10 season, hitting four of her six attempts from beyond the arc. Â The Jackson, N.J., native finished the contest with 12 points. Â
On the week, Missry averaged 14.5 points and 3.5 rebounds, shooting 39 percent from the floor and 41 percent from beyond the arc.Â
