Cavanaugh was named Atlantic 10 Co-Player of the Week after her performance at the 12th annual Fordham Holiday Classic.  Cavanaugh was named MVP of the tournament after averaging 17.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.0 steals while playing all 85 minutes.  She matched her season-high of 27 points on Saturday against Maine, shooting 10-of-22 from the floor, including a season-best five three-pointers, to go with eight rebounds and three assists in the overtime victory.   Despite scoring only seven points in the title game against Middle Tennessee State, Cavanaugh made up for it with team-highs of 10 rebounds, four steals, and a block, while also adding three more assists.
